Welcome to Melodie Preschool and Kindergarten in Shanghai. We provide a safe, friendly environment and an exceptional educational for each child. We care about each child and maintain daily communication with the family.

Our preschools provide day care for children aged 6 months, while our kindergarten can accept children from 2-6 years old. Children can join at any point in the year, subject to availability. In our preschools we run small group classes.

Our teacher to child ratios are as follows:

INFANTS 1:2   PRE-K 1:5

K0 1:7   K1-K3 1:7

Each class is typically made up of one lead teacher and one or two support teachers.

To our children, Melodie is such a happy part of their lives, and they will be left with great friends and memories. Many of our ex-pupils often visit to say hello to the teachers many years later.

Melodie offers families in Shanghai a great value early years education service. We pride ourselves on being one of the most affordable, bilingual preschools/kindergartens in central Shanghai.
